摘要：

sustainable construction plays an important role in the sustainable development of society; however, security of rules and regulations is the important precondition for realization of sustainable construction. This study deeply analysis rules and regulations of sustainable construction and discusses the contents of rules and regulations about sustainable construction from economy, society, environment and technology four main aspect of sustainable construction. Finally, based on it, we found that there are some problems, for example the system of rules and regulations is not perfect, rules and regulations lacking operability, incentive policy is absent and government function flaw.
