摘要：
According to the transmission mechanism of supply chain, this paper proposes the concept of supplier cost management on the basis of supplier relationship management, product cost structure and inter-organizational cost management. Then it discusses how to choose supplier cost management objects from the following aspects: classification of supplier trading goods, consideration of corporate core capacity, the selection criteria of key suppliers and the establishment of co-management institutions.
