摘要：
The logistics financial service has become the main modules of the logistics enterprises to create value. Because of traditional logistics financial pattern limited to apply, especially for the cold-chain logistics enterprise, this paper take the cold-chain logistics enterprise as the research object to analysis of several kinds of common logistics financial pattern in our country and then reveal its inadaptability in cold-chain logistics enterprise. Finally, the new pattern of cold-chain logistics financial and risk avoidance scheme are put forward to provide effective reference for cold-chain logistics enterprise to develop logistics financial services.
