摘要
shipbuilding industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy. At present, China's shipbuilding industry is large and not strong. Research on establishing a scientific evaluation index system for shipbuilding powers can help clarify the status quo of shipbuilding industry, clarify the gap between shipbuilding powers, and formulate shipbuilding power strategies. It is of great practical and theoretical significance to promote China's transformation from a great shipbuilding power to a great shipbuilding power. Based on the relevant research and interviews of experts and scholars on the construction of industrial power at home and abroad, this paper compiles the questionnaire of ship power country. The reliability and validity analysis were used to study the questionnaire and determine the evaluation index system of the shipbuilding powers including the scale development strength, structural optimization level, scientific and technological innovation ability, and quality and efficiency efficiency of the shipbuilding industry.
