Study on Self-excited Vibration for Displacement Delayed Feedback System in the Rolling Mill Main Drive System

摘要
The self-excited vibration model of the displacement delayed feedback system in the rolling mill main drive system is derived based on the friction torque caused by tension. The critical state between stability and instability is analyzed. Namely it is possibility that the system appear equal amplitude vibration. It can be seen that the displacement delayed feedback is equivalent to feedback of displacement and speed simultaneously, and it can changes the damping and stiffness at the same time. The stability of the displacement delayed feedback system in the rolling mill main drive is analyzed. A theoretical analysis of variable speed on vibration control was developed, and a simulator provided. The simulation results showed that variable speed was effective to suppress the self-excited vibration of the displacement delayed feedback system.
