摘要：
The paper focuses on the analysis of post-socialist cities, particularly housing estates. The research was realized in selected cities of Central Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia) and mapped the current processes on the basis of a questionnaire survey of local residents in those cities. Results of the survey indicate problems that are relatively similar and related to the growth of social and economic differentiation between cities and regions.
