摘要
The fruit and vegetable event outbreaks frequently that means a lot of risk in fruit and vegetable supply chain. In order to effectively control risk, risk identification is a new and important topic. The paper defines the concept of fruit and vegetable supply chain and expounds its characteristics and problems. It divides fruit and vegetable supply chain risk into micro-risk and macro-risk. We use the Delphi method, scenario analysis method, risk questionnaires, flow chart, site visits method, environmental analysis, historical events analysis, accident tree analysis to help us identifies factors and sources of fruit and vegetable supply chain risk.
