摘要
Iterative Physical Optics (IPO) is a very efficient high-frequency method for the Radar Cross Section computation of electrically large targets including cavities (such as jet engine inlets) with a good trade-off between accuracy and computation time. Since its early development, this numerical high-frequency asymptotic method has been improved to speed-up the computation and to increase the accuracy. This paper provides an overview of recent advances on IPO method.
