The cooperation of science with industry

Cooperation between science and industry is everywhere based on governmental allocations and, to a much greater extent, on non-governmental donations. This country's applied R&D sector has been underfinanced for years. To solve the complex problems piled up in the science vs. industry system, research priorities should be established and realized consequently up to the commercial implementation stage.
