摘要：

Security (individual, national, international) remains a key issue not only for Romania, but also for the entire world; its defining is an important issue for official documents of international security and defense in the process of transformation and adaptation to the new challenges from international security environment. Pragmatic and targeted approach to the interests of Romania in the early XXI century remains the way and the key for internal and external policy of our state.
