摘要：
This paper introduces green construction and analyzes its current situation, the project cost management mentioned here is a whole procedure management in the stages of investment decision, design, project implementation and construction settling accounts, from which discussed how to control the cost of green construction projects. And introduced earned value method to control the cost and schedule. Finally reched to be whole process of construction project cost management.
