Let (M, g) be a compact, connected, orientable smooth N-dimensional Riemannian manifold without boundary. Let P epsilon (2, 2*), where 2* = 2N/(N - 2-). We consider the multiple existence of solutions of the problem -epsilon(2) Delta(g)u + u = vertical bar u vertical bar(p-2) u on M, where Delta(g) stands for the Laplacian in M.
