Retirement Age Distribution Provided Flexible Retirement Plan

In this paper, we give out our survey research results about retirement ages. From our survey research we find different cohorts have different opinions about retirement age. There are some women want to increase retirement ages. Some Doctors and teachers want to delay their retirement ages and other cohorts also hope them increase retirement ages; some civil servants want to delay their retirement age, but other cohorts hope them retire early. In this paper, we consider retirement ages as random variable and give out their probability density functions.
