摘要：

The aim of this paper is to explain the connection between labor and citizenship in Fichte's political philosophy. The paper begins with an investigation of the ideas of human culture and political revolution. After that, the right to be able to live from one's labor is presented whithin the framework of Fichte's theory of the social contract. Lastly state regulations of human labor are presented as condition of citizenship.
