摘要：
In order to facilitate Agile coaching, the definition, monitoring and control of metrics can be very useful. There exist different software tools to support these tasks. This paper presents how the tool Actionable Agile can support Agile coaching by the interpretation of the values in the different charts it provides. These charts and metrics can be considered as objective inputs to find improvement opportunities. This kind of tools can be seen as an asset to facilitate constant delivery of value and to create team awareness.
