摘要：
The article presents the results of a study devoted to the impact of state and enterprise investments in human capital on the economic indicators of the region. The conclusion is drawn about the inefficiency of public and private investment in the development of the regional economy on the example of the Perm region. Groups of indicators are proposed for assessing the "economic health" of an enterprise.
