摘要
We fabricated inclined Au nanocup arrays by using the nanosphere lithography method combined with dichloromethane etching and investigated their optical properties. The transmittance spectra of these Au nanocup arrays under different polarizations and incident angles were detected and discussed. Surface plasmon resonance was employed to explain the peaks in the spectra. These inclined Au nanocup arrays may be useful for the potential applications in plasmonic devices.
