MODERNIZATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES AS A CONDITION OF INTEGRATION IN THE GLOBAL INFORMATION SPACE

Purpose - justify the need for modernization of the telecommunications sector and to develop amodel of the RC and the mechanism in the context of globalization and economic integration. Methodology - were applied principles of scientific methodology, including an integrated system approach, the use of logic models, analytical groups, unity of logical and historical development, as well as methods of structural and functional analysis of induction anddeduction, comparison of the comparative. Originality/value - features of the formation of a single global information space and the role of RK in the process using the developed mechanism for modernization of the telecommunications industry.. Findings - developed a conceptual model and mechanism of modernizing the telecommunications sector as a condition for the integration of Kazakhstan into the global information space.
