摘要：
The foundational building of the "Digital Yellow River" is to establish the geographic information system in the Yellow River Basin. This paper analyzes the current foundational geography data of the Yellow River Basin in the first, and then discusses what the geographic information system adopts such as the data, diagram scale, the contents and functions to develop geographic information system and the technique standards.
