摘要：
In order to get some information about the evolution of an experimental infection and the presence of antibodies in infected goats (Capra hircus) with a Trypanasoma evansi stock (TeVA1), two crossbreed goats were inoculated with a criopreserved hemoparasite, 10(8) dose via endovenose. Animals showed up the clinical illness with fluctuating parasitaemias during the experimental period. The Elisa method detected Trypanosoma evansi antibodies in the goats serum which increased during the research period. Results indicated the importance of keeping going to evaluate both large and small ruminants as natural reservoires of T. evansi.
