摘要：
IOC (Interactive Operational Control) teaching model is a modem teaching method, which emphasizes "teaching after learning", "concerning on learning" and "teaching according to the quality of learning". IOC teaching model embodies both theoretical and practical basis. It combines a high degree of general framework and has specific operating measures. This paper is to discuss the initial character and the advantages of the practice of IOC education model in classroom teaching reform, in the hope that it will bring better ideas. IOC teaching model is worth promoting widely in Asia.
