摘要：
Based on tire basic principle of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), this article applies VMI in the supply chain of automobile spare parts to seek its operation mode in lite supply chain of automobile spare parts and introduces VMI of automobile spare parts supply assisted by third party logistics (TPL).
