A 15 year old girl with cystic fibrosis has been dieting and losing weight for 2 years. Despite being underweight site aims to lose a further 6 kg to become a "size zero". Her failing weight has been associated with deteriorations in her general health and lung function, which is exacerbated by poor compliance.
