摘要：
Entrepreneurship has become more and more students' choice. However, not all of the people are suitable to be an entrepreneur. Having investigated 1000 college students in Beijing, this study researches the status quo of their entrepreneurial intentions, and analyzes the average level of their entrepreneurial intentions which are compared with those in other regions. With a series of deep interview of some entrepreneurs and former entrepreneurs, the study analyzes the intrinsic connection between personal qualities and entrepreneurial success of entrepreneurs. The study fmds; (1) College students in Beijing have moderate levels of entrepreneurial intentions; There are significant differences in entrepreneurial intentions of college students with different backgrounds.
