摘要
Human resource development represents one of the major activity for firms. In order to gain the competitive advantage on the market, it is necessary to develop knowledge, skills, aptitudes and attitudes of the employees, also to keep the best people increasing organisational resources: training programs, incentives, motivation, and self-conviction and develop individual and personal career. Our research is focused to explain the relationship between performance and promotion of firm's employees. The study has as principal objective to identify the tools and methods for quantifying the performance of employees in order to be promote and analysis of the entire process of performance evaluation in its aim. The results shows the interrelations between managerial tools used to obtain the best performance (motivation, evaluation, incentives, training program) and the positive effects concerning the professional evolution, career of employees.
