Microsurgery is defined as a surgical methodology introduced to observe objects under magnification with operating microscope and assure reliable manipulation, Whereas, endoscopic surgery is employed to secure certain observation and manipulation of closed operative cavity inside the body. Recent technological advancement have made it possible to employ the both techniques; microsurgery and endoscopic surgery, in combination without disturbing surgical process. It is expected to utilize the advantages of both methods.
