摘要
This paper presented a new type of powdered activated carbon ( PAC) dynamic membrane on porous ceramic tubes to reuse of washing water from secondary treated printing wastewater. Various operation parameters which can affect the separate characteristics of the dynamic membrane ( DM) were considered, such as trans - membrane pressures, formation time, cross flow velocity and suspended particles' concentration. With the help of grey relational analysis ( GRA), a fast and effective methodology for the optimization of the preparation process of the DM was obtained. Under this condition, the prepared membrane had a uniform and compact structure and the highest COD removal rate. The renewed membrane by backwashing can reach up to 90% of initial permeability each time. The result shows that PAC dynamic membrane was considered as a promising method for purification aimed at reuse of printing wastewater, resulting in direct environmental and economic benefits.
