摘要：
In this paper, there is an empirical analysis on the relationship between economic growth and sci-tech input from 1995 to 2008 in Shaanxi province with unit root test and co-integration test theory The research results show that there is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between input to sci-tech and economic growth; and there exists one-way causality .The science and technology investment has a strong stimulating effect on economic growth .on this basis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
