摘要：

According to the training requirement of talented person for China's auto industry, some reform step carried by College of Automobile Engineering of Jilin University are introduced, including building the core courses of package type in vehicle specialty, providing the engineering practice way for the graduate student, dealing with joint training with automobile industry by production-study-research system, establishing tutor team and attempting to build tutor-in-factory in which the tutor in-school can stay in the automobile enterprise for one or two months to teach the student the theory in the process of solving the real engineering problem.
