摘要：
Successful organizations have been those that have been consistently and continuously engaged in the process of Innovation through the use of new technologies, and maximum utilization of human skills achieved through, intensive knowledge of and investment in their employees' development rather than directing their investments, focus and energy purely on tangible assets such as plants and machinery. Therefore, it is quite apparent that Intellectual Capital is a vital element and a critical tool in a firm's ability to increase its market share value.
