摘要：
The real estate industry is an essential and leading industry of the national economy. The development of real estate industry follows certain rules and has a certain life circle. However, the real estate industry has close connections with other industries. Therefore, the evolution rules of the real estate industry appear delicate and complicated. This paper, in accordance with self-organization theory, explores the evolution rules of Chinese real estate industry from the angle of system placing emphasis on the analysis of the evolution dynamics, and constructs a four-dimensional model.
