摘要：
Through this work we aim to present the state of Enterprise Resource Planning systems in Romania. Also, we consider the regional economic context in which Romania is and we want to emphasize the particularities of this industry. Based on the key elements that identify them, we try to achieve a forecast on the development of integrated systems for Romanian companies, according to the legislative background, threats and opportunities for the market leaders and challengers.
