摘要
logistics management teaching deals with practical problems that involve many complicated factors. Due to different working backgrounds and lacking relevant experience, students are quite different in the ways they comprehend issues in the course, thus making it difficult to achieve the teaching goal. Case-based teaching is the most effective way to improve this course. This paper probes into the design standard used in logistics management and sets some requirements for its content structure. For the industry of large-scale mining machines, equipment failures and production halts caused by abrasion and wear of spare parts can paralyze the entire line of a whole mine, so prompt delivery of spare parts to the customer's site and early restoration of production can save and earn precious time for the customer and reduce loss for the enterprise. By dealing with the implementation and control of improvement schemes and supporting measures, this paper will provide a model and solution for the operation and management of the spare parts distribution center of the MZ mining machine trade company, in order to rationalize various supply chain management links of spare parts logistics management of the company and then effectively improve the service level for customers.
