摘要：

The social atmosphere around campus, the social public opinion, social leading values all belong to the campus environment. The cultural constructions in universities have been gotten considerable influence from the surrounding environment. Eliminating sleazy cultural factors and irrational moral culture tendency, guiding the student to avoid risk are the construction goal of university students' moral socialization. The influence factors of college students' moral socialization, the relationship between moral socialization and surrounding environment have been analyzed by the investigation in one new university campus. Some ideas on strengthening the campus safety management, building and the construction of a harmonious campus have been expounded.
