摘要
Augmented Cognition Technology appears to provide an opportunity for cognitive scientists to conduct non-invasive experimentation involving human subjects. Within an Augmented Cognition framework, we suggest that the study of human time perception may provide insight into the neurological underpinnings of time perception, their manipulation and calibration, as well as the impact of environmental and cognitive factors, such as varying levels of workload, fatigue, expertise, and individual differences. Such findings are likely to impact the way we understand and design performance support systems across multiple domains.
