摘要：

In recent years, more and more scholars come to study communication ability of college students. According to the recent survey made by Linyi University, communication ability is ranked first among the main factors that influence employment of the engineering students. This paper analyzes the main causes that engineering students must have higher communication ability by the demands of modem manufacturing industry, explains the meaning of communication ability, and the effective ways are raised for training communication ability of the engineering students.
