摘要：
With analyzing positioning and characteristics of talent nurturing of industrial engineering, talent cultivation plans and curriculum system of industrial engineering are designed. After a profound analysis of the traditional education method and pattern, multivariate team teaching methods of course group with infomationized education trend based on online integrated teaching platform are explored. Quality of personnel training of industrial engineering has been encouraged efficiently by the optimization of curriculum system and the practice of teaching reformation.
