摘要
The objective of this study was to develop a protocol to increase the germination and growth rate of cucumber (Cucumis sativus) by applying an electric field in presence of modified surfaces as anodes: IrO2-Ta2O5 vertical bar Ti. The electrofarming was developed using an array of 1D electrodes, maintaining the treatments in a growing chamber with artificial light, which has the appropriate conditions for getting the experiment without mitigating of the optimal development of the plants. According to the results obtained, it was obtained a best time of emergency, increasing the height of plants and increase in the length of the root, in comparison with the results obtained in the plants that were not exposed to the electrofarming.
