摘要：
Pain management in patients receiving maintenance therapies is difficult and requires specific strategies. Healthcare professionals have a lot of restrictions with opioid prescription in these patients due to the opiod induced hyperalgesia and pharmacological properties of the maintenance treatments. This paper summarizes pharmacological strategies for pain management in these particular patients.
