摘要
In HV segmentation the IFS records the compression transform parameters which reflect the cross-scale redundancy features between different regions of a natural image and have better adaptability. This paper proposed a new image fast fractal encoding method based on HV Segmentation, and brings forward the Similarity judgment formula. This method significantly improved the retrieval effect with decoding quality assurance. The experimentation shows the accurate-complete retrieval rating of this method is obviously superior to the color histogram method.
