Precision measurements of the exclusive branching fraction tau(-) -> K-pi(0)nu(tau) and tau(-) -> h(-)h(-)h(+)nu(tau), where the h represent either a pion or a kaon, from the BABAR Experiment are presented. The branching fraction for tau(-) -> K-K-K+nu(tau) is the first resonant plus non-resonant measurement of this mode and the branching fraction tau(-) -> phi pi(-)nu(tau) is also a first measurement. In addition, we present the new measurement of the branching fraction of tau(-) -> phi K-nu(tau.)
