摘要：

TRIZ is a theory and method to solve innovation problems and has gradually. become the focus of research. The TRIZ methodology with its unique thinking offers a well-structured and high power problem solving process. The competence of fast and optimized decision making in management can be achieved and enhanced by using a TRIZ-based approach for non-technical problems. The paper provides an overview of the concept of TRIZ, the process of problem solving, and, the 12 principles of innovation.
