Research on the Application of Competitive Technical Intelligence in the Process of Enterprise External Technology Resources Introduction

The basic reason making actors take technical action is his willing and need. Taking this kind of technical need as the beginning of the process of external technology resources introduction, this paper divides its flow into six main stages. First of all, we analyze the main constraint factors of the whole process of external technology resources introduction which consist of the main analytical objects of competitive technical intelligence, including technical demanders, technology, technical providers, environment and competitors. Next, with technology import flow as the time axis we classify the different analytical objects at the different stages. Finally, we induce the function and the content of competitive technical intelligence at the different stages and draw a conclusion.
