摘要
The in-out life cycle inventories of synthetic leather manufacture in Zhejiang synthetic leather was carried out. When 1m(2) synthetic leather were processed, 114kg water, 1.596kg chemicals, and 4.3kwh power were consumed, producing 0.737kg qualified product, 0.053kg unqualified product, 0.4kg solid waste,1.123kg waste gas, which contained DMF 0.029kg, and 102kg waste water, which contained CODCr 22.94kg, DMF 0.0152kg, PVA 0.493g. And the life cycle assessment of synthetic leather was made, and in the end this paper made some suggestions on leather cleaner production, such as decreasing the water and power consumption, installing suction cover, using counter-current washing and so on.
