摘要
In the present paper, the effect of two temperatures and stretch effect on the elasticproperties of a generalized microstretch thermoelastic solid half-space has been investigated. The boundary surface of the half-space is subjected to internal heat source. The Green-Naghdi (G-N) theory of thermoelasticity is adopted to present the analytical and numerical results in the present investigation. The exact solutions of the problem are obtained in terms of the normal modes by using the normal mode analysis technique. The mathematical expressions of displacement components, normal stress, couple tangential stress, tangential stress, microstress temperature distribution and conductive temperature are derived using appropriate boundary conditions. The variations of these considered variables are then depicted graphically with brief explanation. Some particular cases of interest have also been deduced from this study. The variation of temperature distribution with respect to time is also depicted graphically and discussed theoretically.
