摘要：
Based on introducing the origin and core contents of lean thinking, this paper, which combined with the contents and features of process and process management, applied the lean thinking into the field of real estate enterprise process management creatively, focused the specific application on the real estate enterprise process management mechanism, mainly discussed the real estate enterprise on the method of constructing process management mechanism, provided a reliable reference method for the victory of real estate enterprise.
