摘要
The groundwater is a kind of necessary and precious resources. Because of continually increasing demand of water resources in various industries and position decentralization of water wells, management of water wells become more and more complicated and important. The conception of "Smart Water" is raised according to "Smart Planet" for the first time. The paper put forward a kind of monitoring and management system based on the architecture of interne of things. The system includes sensor layer, transport layer and application layer. The paper put forward the key technologies of sensors, wireless networking, application platform etc. At last the paper introduces some application of the system in monitoring, calculation, controlling and management.
