摘要
The possibility of implementing reverse transionospheric sounding (RTS) to ensure regular monitoring of the circumpolar ionosphere based on existing in Russia ground-based ionosondes "Parus-A" and airborne "Laert" is considered. The advantage of such a solution in the energy gain for high-eliciptic orbits up to an altitude of 40,000 km is shown, and the efficiency of data acquisition is increased. Registration of transionograms of RTS can be used to obtain complete ionospheric profiles according to the developed method with the use of the IRI-Plas model. It has been proposed to install the receiver of the onboard ionosonde "Laert" on the platform with GLONASS equipment, which will allow us to experimentally compare, along with complex monitoring of the ionosphere by the transmission methods in the decameter and microwave ranges, the accuracy of these methods for reconstructing the profiles of the electron concentration of the ionosphere.
