摘要：
In knowledge economy era, knowledge integration is the key to gain a sustainable competitive advantage for an enterprise. On the basis of systematical analysis on the connotation and significance of knowledge integration and the complexity of knowledge system, this paper firstly draws lessons from the thought and method of meta-synthesis and constructs a dynamic model for enterprise knowledge integration, which includes expert system, machinery system and knowledge system. And then it analyses the operation process and features of the model. Furthermore, it reveals the operation mechanism of knowledge integration system profoundly.
