MORPHOLOGY AND SPRING DISTRIBUTION OF CANDACIA COLUMBIAE (COPEPODA, CANDACIIDAE) FROM WATERS OFF KAMCHATKA PENINSULA

摘要：
The morphology and distribution of Candacia columbiae in the eastern Sea of Okhotsk and waters off Kamchatka (northwestern Pacific Ocean) were studied. The differences in the structure of limb features were found as compared to the descriptions earlier made by other authors. The variability of some features is shown, and abnormalities are revealed. The highest aggregations of Candacia columbiae were observed above the depths of 450-850 m and >1000 m in the eastern Sea of Okhotsk, and off eastern Kamchatka, respectively.
